Purpose- You will play a pivotal role in driving the research and development of advanced embedded hardware solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will apply your deep expertise to design, implement, and rigorously test embedded systems, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards and best practices. Your objective will be to develop scalable, efficient systems tailored for robotic platforms and standalone devices, pushing the boundaries of innovation in embedded technology.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth expertise in PCB schematic design with a strong emphasis on power systems, motor drives, and analog simulation.
- Advanced proficiency in layout design and taking designs from concept to prototypes.
- Extensive knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and other critical embedded system components.
- Strong familiarity with industry standards and protocols for hardware development and certification.
- Understanding of end-to-end robotics systems including wiring, harnessing.
- Advanced skills in schematic capture, PCB layout, and in-depth hardware debugging techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry compliance standards (e.g., CE, UL).
- Expertise in wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) and their integration into embedded systems.
- Strong background in firmware development for complex embedded systems.
- Experience with PLM systems, BOM management, and effective vendor liaison.
- Prior exposure to handle multi kW systems.
- Understanding of Altium software.
