Project Manager

Purpose of the role -

This position exists to do project management of various projects throughout the life cycle of the project (starting from IKOM till system handover to customer and after sales team). The role includes but not limited to management of customer, various stakeholder such as SCM, Design, R&D, Mobile Robotics, Software etc. to ensure project is completed within stipulated scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Technical Skills Required

1. Knowledge of ASRS systems, warehouse rack solutions, and precise alignment of structures. 
2. Strong adherence to EHS protocols, HIRA, and WMS standards. 
3. Skilled in scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and budget monitoring. 
4. Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, inspections, and RCA to ensure high standards. 
5. Proficient in creating compliance sheets, snag lists, and training manuals. 
6. Analytical skills to address design challenges and innovate site solutions. 
7. Familiarity with project monitoring tools and detailed reporting. 
8. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams. 
9. Capable of knowledge transfer and leveraging learnings from past projects.
