Purpose of the role: 

The role is to drive and manage DevOps function, lead a team of DevOps engineers, and own infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability across all projects.  The role combines deep hands-on technical expertise with team leadership. The successful candidate will define DevOps practices, principles, and architecture standards while ensuring smooth execution of project setups and the stability of production environments. They will act as the senior technical authority for the DevOps team and the primary escalation point for platform and infrastructure matters.

Technical Skills Required: 

  1. Operating System (Linux & Windows), Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Scripting (bash/python preferred) etc., 
  2.  Have a strong understanding of containerization and orchestrator technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Docker Swarm to enable workloads. 
  3. Networking 
  4. Database: MSSQL/MySQL, Cloud Technologies – AWS/GCP/Azure, Understanding of Frontend and Backend Technologies and Build Tools (Maven, Gradle, Angular), PowerShell, Monitoring: ELK stack, Grafana stack
