Located in Ahmednagar, we specialize in both R&D and manufacturing of advanced energy storage solutions. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Marketing Intern to strengthen how Adiabatic presents itself — brand, product collateral, exhibitions, and customer-facing communication. This role is broader than one channel: you will write, design with our templates, help run events, and support the sales team with the material they need to win business. DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Communications DURATION: 3–6 months (flexible) REPORTING TO: Marketing & Communications Lead WORK DAYS: Monday to Saturday MODE: On-site preferred LOCATION: Pune, Maharashtra KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Collateral Produce brochures, product one-pagers, case studies, and presentation decks Keep brand guidelines applied consistently across every document that leaves the company Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors on artwork and production Events & Outreach Support participation in trade shows and exhibitions: stall material, demos, and logistics Help plan webinars, plant visits, and customer meets, and follow up on leads generated Maintain photo and video documentation of products, plant, and events Content & Market Support Write website copy, newsletters, press notes, and social posts with the marketing lead Run competitor and segment research to sharpen positioning and messaging Support the sales team with proposal templates and customer-facing material WHO SHOULD APPLY Students from Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Design, or a related field Strong writing skills and a good eye for layout and detail Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and basic image editing Confident communicator — you will speak to vendors, customers, and visitors Organised and dependable around deadlines, especially before events Preferred Attributes Any experience marketing technical, industrial, or B2B products Photography, video editing, or Adobe Suite ability Interest in energy, EV, or manufacturing sectors WHAT YOU'LL GET ✓ Work that goes straight into customers' hands — collateral, decks, and stalls ✓ Exposure to industrial trade shows and real B2B customer conversations ✓ Close working time with the marketing lead and the Founder's office ✓ Internship certificate and a portfolio of published brand work STIPEND Performance-linked The first 30 days are an evaluation period, during which the internship is unpaid On demonstrated performance, the internship converts to a paid stipend, reviewed monthly The stipend amount depends on skills, output, and ownership shown during the evaluation period Join us in powering the future of energy storage systems!
