ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive SCM Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables, and to build/maintain strong vendor relationships that ensure uninterrupted production and cost-efficient sourcing.
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management
EXPERIENCE: 0–5 years (Manufacturing industry preferred)
REPORTING TO: CEO
WORK DAYS: Sunday to Friday
DURATION: Full Time
LOCATION: Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables
● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
● Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs); ensure timely delivery against production schedules
● Monitor vendor performance (quality, lead time, pricing) and maintain vendor scorecards
● Coordinate with Production/Planning teams to forecast material requirements
● Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess holding
● Resolve quality or delivery issues with vendors; manage rejections/returns
● Maintain procurement records, rate contracts, and vendor agreements
● Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate vendor sources
● Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation (GRN, invoices, etc.)
WHO SHOULD APPLY
● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PGDM in SCM is a plus).
● 0–5 years of experience in procurement/vendor management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. ● Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.

Working knowledge of ERP/inventory software (SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
> ●
Good understanding of raw material markets and pricing trends relevant to the industry.
> ●
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> ●
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

> ●
Experience working with multiple vendor categories (raw material, packaging, MRO).
> ●
Familiarity with GST/procurement documentation and compliance.
> ●
Ability to work under production timelines and handle urgent procurement needs.

For the Experienced Candidates:
> The 3 months will be considered as a probation period
> After the successful completion of the probation period, the employee will be offered an annual CTC in the range of INR 6 LPA to 8 LPA
For Freshers:
> The 6 months will be considered as a probation period
> CTC will range between INR 3 LPA to 5 LPA, depending on skills and performance during evaluation
