Agrani Labs is building a high-performance AI accelerator designed for the next generation of intelligent computing. We’re looking for talented and driven Firmware Architects and Firmware Validation Engineers to join our Firmware Team.
You’ll help build the foundational firmware stack powering a next-generation AI compute platform.
You’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing critical firmware components across areas such as boot and initialization, security, RAS (Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability), power management, and performance management for a cutting-edge AI accelerator platform.
B.Tech, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with 5–15 years of industry experience
Strong understanding of CPU, GPU, or XPU firmware architecture fundamentals
Hands-on expertise in building complex firmware systems across one or more domains such as initialization, boot flows, security, RAS, power management, or platform management
Strong programming and debugging skills in low-level software and firmware environments
Experience working close to hardware, silicon bring-up, and platform validation
Familiarity with modern SoC architectures and hardware/software interfaces
