Agrani Labs is building a high-performance AI accelerator designed for the next generation of intelligent computing. We’re looking for talented and driven Performance Architects, Validation Engineers, and Post-Silicon Performance Engineers to join our Performance Team.
You’ll work on analyzing, modeling, and optimizing the performance of a state-of-the-art AI accelerator across the full hardware stack.
You’ll play a key role in performance analysis, validation, and modeling of a cutting-edge AI accelerator — working across compute cores, memory subsystems, fabric, and SoC architecture. You’ll help identify bottlenecks, optimize workloads, and drive performance from pre-silicon modeling through post-silicon bring-up.
B.Tech, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with 5–15 years of industry experience
Strong understanding of CPU, GPU, or XPU architecture fundamentals
Hands-on expertise in performance modeling, workload characterization, low-level performance analysis, and bottleneck debugging
Experience validating compute IPs and/or SoCs in pre-silicon or post-silicon environments
Strong understanding of system-level performance metrics, profiling tools, and hardware/software interaction
Experience working with AI/ML workloads, benchmarks, and performance tuning is preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and their hardware execution characteristics
Be part of a world-class engineering team with an open and collaborative work culture
Get a unique opportunity to work on grounds-up hardware and software development at scale
Connect the dots across the entire system and stack, from Torch to transistors
Work at an AI first company, and use AI innovatively to transform the way hardware and software are built
Get practically unlimited access to top models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models and more
