We develop high-power laser packaging solutions for semiconductor laser modules and precision laser systems, with expertise in laser diode packaging, opto-mechanical assembly, thermal management, hermetic sealing, reliability testing, and manufacturing. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with more than 5 years of experience to design, develop, test, and improve High Power semiconductor packages and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges and ensure products and processes meet performance, safety, quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products.
* Create engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to evaluate designs.
* Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) to create 2D and 3D models.
* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of prototypes and finished products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and project management.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
* Support manufacturing processes and recommend design improvements.
* Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
* Manage engineering projects, schedules, and budgets when required.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering field with 5 years.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in CAD and engineering analysis software.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Knowledge of industry standards and quality systems.
