<p>Role: Ivalua Application Lead</p><p>Location: Bangalore, India</p><p>Reporting Structure: Manager - Enterprise Applications</p><p>Team Name: Enterprise Applications - Digital Operations & Engineering</p><p><br /></p><p>About the Team and the Role</p><p>The Enterprise Applications - Digital Operations & Engineering team at Ather is</p><p>responsible for architecting, deploying, and optimizing the enterprise digital</p><p>backbone that powers our procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and financial</p><p>systems. This role is for an Ivalua Application Lead who will own end-to-end</p><p>development, configuration, integration, and platform governance of Ather�s iValua</p><p>procurement ecosystem. The lead will bridge business requirements from</p><p>Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams with robust technical configuration</p><p>and seamless integration across enterprise platforms like SAP and Contract</p><p>Lifecycle Management tools.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>? Architect, build, and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and approval</p><p>matrices across iValua SRM, RFx, and eProcurement modules.</p><p>? Implement and manage ASN, GRN, and Invoice Processing workflows,</p><p>including 3-way match logic (PO-GRN-Invoice) and exception handling rules.</p><p>? Design, build, and maintain robust data integrations between iValua, SAP</p><p>(MM/FICO/SD), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and third-party</p><p>APIs/middleware.</p><p>? Configure and maintain Supplier Performance Management scorecards,</p><p>evaluation workflows, and procurement KPIs within the platform.</p><p>? Translate business requirements into clear technical development</p><p>specifications and configure the system in alignment with end-to-end Procure-</p><p>to-Pay (P2P) processes.</p><p>? Lead triage, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven resolution for production</p><p>incidents, batch job monitoring, and interface failures.</p><p>? Manage release cycles, UAT coordination, change management, user</p><p>adoption initiatives, and hypercare support for platform enhancements.</p><p>? Maintain complete technical documentation, customization logs, interface</p><p>architecture schemas, and operational runbooks.</p><p><br /></p><p>Experience and Qualifications</p><p>? B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related</p><p>engineering discipline.</p><p>? 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of</p><p>hands-on iValua development and configuration experience.</p><p>? Proven track record of managing integrations between iValua and enterprise</p><p>ERP systems like SAP, alongside exposure to full-lifecycle implementation</p><p>projects.</p><p>Must have Competencies</p><p>? Hands-on iValua platform configuration and development expertise across</p><p>SRM, RFx, eProcurement, ASN, GRN, and Invoice Processing modules.</p><p>? End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module domain knowledge, including 3-way</p><p>matching logic, tolerance checks, and supplier performance scorecards.</p><p>? System integration architecture skills using APIs, web services, and</p><p>middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO) to sync transactional and master data.</p><p>? Advanced SQL capabilities for querying databases, data validation, interface</p><p>troubleshooting, and direct issue diagnosis.</p><p>Good to have Competencies</p><p>? Official iValua Developer / Configuration certification.</p><p>? Functional understanding of SAP MM, FICO, and SD module data flows and</p><p>table structures relevant to procurement.</p><p>? Experience with middleware configuration, file-based data exchange</p><p>protocols, and API endpoint maintenance.</p><p>?
