Job Role: Chassis Design and Integration Engineer

This role is at the heart of our prototype and vehicle engineering team. You'll contribute to the structural integrity, packaging, and system integration of our modular EV platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a high-integrity rollcage chassis capable of withstanding real-world dynamic loads and stress conditions.
• Conduct structural validation and simulation to ensure occupant safety, rigidity, and compliance with design standards.
• Integrate critical systems (battery packs, drivetrain, suspensions) onto the chassis while balancing packaging and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with composites, electrical, and manufacturing teams to deliver fully functional prototypes.
• Ensure proper fitment, alignment, and structural compatibility for both static (e.g., fenders) and dynamic (e.g., doors, tailgates) vehicle components.
• Take part in design reviews, testing, and feedback cycles to continuously improve platform performance.

Key Skills and Tools (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Structural load-path analysis and chassis dynamics
• Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS, HyperMesh, SolidWorks Simulation)
• Real-world experience in component design, packaging, and integration
• Familiarity with materials and joining methods used in prototype vehicles
