What You'll Be Doing
· Monitor RMS (Real‑Time
Monitoring System) dashboards to detect EV charger issues and coordinate timely
resolution
· Provide expert support to the
customer support team by analyzing technical faults via RMS
· Troubleshoot and resolve field
issues—both virtually and on-site
· Simulate field scenarios in
the lab to replicate and fix problems
· Train customer support teams
and new joiners on product usage, updates, and enhancements
· Document troubleshooting
processes for recurring issues
· Escalate critical or
exceptional field issues to R&D and collaborate on solutions
· Visit field sites regularly to
assess charger performance and gather feedback
· Integrate EV chargers with OEM
backend systems and maintain logs of site issues
· Deliver technical
presentations for product proposals and participate in product improvement
discussions (software & hardware)
· Champion product stability and
sustainability in field operations
Your Profile
· Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical
Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Mechatronics
· 0–5 years of experience in
technical support, field service engineering, or related roles (based on
designation level)
· Strong troubleshooting skills
and ability to simulate field issues in lab environments
· Familiarity with remote
monitoring tools (e.g., RMS) and backend integrations
· Excellent communicator with
capability to train and guide support teams
· Proactive, field-ready, and
collaborative mindset
