Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. * 3–8 years of experience in electrical system design within robotics, EV systems, industrial automation, embedded hardware, or related domains. * Strong experience in schematic design and PCB layout for complex multi-board systems. * Solid understanding of power electronics, grounding strategies, EMI/EMC considerations, and high current battery-powered systems. * Hands-on debugging experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and power testing equipment. * Experience with industrial communication interfaces such as CAN, RS485, or Ethernet. * Ability to diagnose and resolve system-level integration issues in real-world hardware environments. Key Responsibilities * You will define and evolve the electrical system architecture across our AMR platforms. Responsibilities include designing power distribution systems, control and interface boards, and ensuring electrical robustness under dynamic industrial operating conditions. * You will design schematics and multi-layer PCBs for power electronics, motor interfaces, sensor integration, and safety subsystems. * This includes working with high-current battery-powered systems, DC-DC converters, protection circuitry, grounding architecture, and fault isolation strategies. * The role involves extensive hands-on prototyping and validation. * You will conduct load testing, EMIdiagnostics, thermal analysis, and system-level debugging using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and diagnostic tools. You will identify design weaknesses early and iterate rapidly to improve performance and durability. * You will collaborate closely with embedded engineers to ensure reliable communication across CAN, Ethernet, UART, SPI, and other industrial protocols. Integration reliability between hardware and firmware is critical. * You will also contribute to cable harness architecture and connector strategy suitable for industrial environments, ensuring durability, serviceability, and manufacturability. * As part of the R&D function, you will evaluate emerging components, battery technologies, safety architectures, and power modules that can enhance our AMR platform and future product variants.
