Technical Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js

  • Backend development experience using Node.js/Express.js, Python/FastAPI, or similar technologies

  • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL

  • Strong understanding of REST API development and integration

  • Experience implementing JWT/OAuth2 authentication

  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  • Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication

  • Knowledge of secure API development, data validation, and authorization

  • Experience with user, device, license, and configuration management systems

  • Understanding of database design, data modelling, indexing, and query optimization

  • Experience implementing dashboards, reports, logs, and audit trails

  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

  • Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments

  • Basic Linux/server administration knowledge

  • Experience deploying and maintaining production applications

  • Understanding of application security and secure communication practices

  • Ability to troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, database, and deployment issues

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code

  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system integration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant Full Stack Development experience

  • Experience working on production-level web applications

  • Familiarity with cloud and/or self-hosted infrastructure

  • Experience integrating applications with external services and APIs

  • Understanding of software architecture and scalable backend systems
