Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with technical research, analysis, and project-related tasks.
- Conduct research on aerospace, defence, technology, and industry trends as required.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, summaries, and briefing documents.
- Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Business Development, and other teams to track technical activities and deliverables.
- Assist the CEO in evaluating technical proposals, solutions, and project requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and present technical and business data to support decision-making.
- Follow up with relevant teams on action items, deadlines, and project progress.
- Support technical meetings by preparing agendas, notes, and action points.
- Use tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or other relevant technical tools where required.
- Handle confidential technical and business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify issues proactively and suggest practical, data-driven solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate execution.

Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in technical research, analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Research aerospace, defence, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Prepare technical briefs, reports, presentations, and decision-support documents.
- Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Track project updates, action items, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Assist in evaluating technical proposals, products, technologies, and solutions.
- Convert complex technical information into clear and concise summaries for management.
- Identify technical challenges and support teams in developing practical solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive technical and business information.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution and follow-up.
Must Have
- Strong technical understanding and analytical thinking.

- Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, or research reports.
- Ability to perform basic technical/market research and competitor analysis.
- Previous experience working directly with senior management or leadership teams.
