What We are Looking for:

We are looking for Battery Power-Pack, Vehicle Assembly, Power Train and Utility maintenance, Hands on experience in shop floor and Good in documentation and knowledge on computer.

What You Will Own and Do:

  • Machine shop Maintenance including CNC, VMC and HMC, Robotics machine.

  • Depth knowledge about mechanical utility including breakdown, installation and Commissioning.

  • Basic knowledge of Project Electrical, Mechanical Work, . M/cs I& C.

  • Proficiency preparing audit documents IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018.

  • To Follow the TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).

  • Knowledge of PLC, Automation, SLD, Control Diagram, Machine Trouble Shooting, Pump, Cylinders, Bearing and Valves etc.

  • Gemba experience is must.

  • Hands on experience in any types of alignment activity in the machine.

  • ERP knowledge will be added advantage.

What You Will Bring to Us:

  • BE / Diploma (Electronics / Mechatronics) with 8–10 years of experience

  • Knowledge of CNC and Conventional machines i.e. CNC, Lathe, VMC, HMC, Robotics machine.

  • Perform in-depth breakdown analysis and provide technical support to Technicians.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC/ VMC/ Robotics machine, HVAC systems, chillers, split ACs, air dryers, Air Compressors, STP, DG and transformers.

  • Skilled in All types of PLC & M/Cs, Troubleshooting, Control Circuit Modification, Automation expert.

  • Knowledge about Bearing.

  • Hands on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines i.e. CNC Turn lathe, CNC Turn Mill, Vertical machining centre.

  • Hands on Experience Critical fittings, alignment and modification etc.

  • Ability to understand mechanical, hydraulic circuits and pneumatic circuits.

  • Machine spare drawing making form sample piece.

  • Maintenance Documentation activity i.e. Machine History card update, Breakdown data entry, PM checklist hardcopy filling, spare Maintaining (Critical / Consumable) Root cause analysis, Material indent raising & follow up.

  • Knowledge about company Kaizen, Cost Control implementation, 5S & ISO documentation.

  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and other emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Timely adherence to audit schedules.

  • Ensure shutdown jobs execution as per schedule.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

  • Responsible for systematically analyse repeated machine breakdowns and take PCA to improve MTBF and MTTR.

  • Manpower Handling and utilizing effectively.

  • Installation and Commissioning of new production machines in close cooperation with external supplier and engineering team.

  • To Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.

  • To Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of tools.

  • To Follow the TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).

  • Depth Knowledge about PLC and Electrical trouble shooting.

  • Knowledge about Laser welding Machine and Battery manufacturing machines.
