**Competencies Required**
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Familiarity with Android Studio and Android application development.
* Basic understanding of Git/Bitbucket and source code management.
* Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking tools.
* Exposure to hybrid mobile development frameworks such as Flutter (PhoneGap knowledge is optional and less commonly used today).
* Basic understanding of iOS development using Swift is an added advantage.
* Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and Android Material Design guidelines.
* Strong attention to detail.
### Job Description
* Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications for Niramai products.
* Collaborate with product management, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
* Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that align with project objectives.
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
* Continuously learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development processes.
* Assist in maintaining existing applications and implementing enhancements and new features.
* Document technical designs, implementation details, and development processes as required.
