Talent Acquisition Intern

📍 Remote (with one in-office day per week - Bengaluru)

Paar Autonomy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to work closely with our People Ops team on hiring!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars

• Coordinate across teams to make sure every interview runs smoothly with no scheduling conflicts, no last-minute scrambles

• Keep candidates and interviewers informed and on track throughout the process

• Support the HR Team as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to candidates and coordinating with busy teams daily

• Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple interview pipelines at once

• Comfortable with a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment

• Available to start immediately

• Based in or around Bengaluru (for the weekly in-office day)

You will be required to come down to the office once a week and work from home for 4 days.
