Geometric Assurance Engineer (GAE)

Profile requirement:

BE - Mechanical Engineering       

Level: Senior 5 + Years’ experience (must)

Experience in variation analysis software - VIS VSA

Excellent knowledge and application in GD&T and Tolerance stack up activities 

Knowledge on design and manufacturing requirements on Sheetmetal and Plastics.

Experience working in Dimensional Control and validation activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementation of dimensional control process through design, verification and production phases

Verify and release engineering drawings with optimized GD&T application.

Perform 2D and 3D stack up calculations and provide feedbacks for improvements.

Propose dimensional control, measurement and process validation methodology during the product life cycle.

Work as an interface between product design and manufacturing.
