Intern, Mechanical Systems (Mobile Platforms)

We are seeking a passionate and research-oriented Intern to contribute to our 5G and 6G Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) initiatives. The role involves exploring next-generation connectivity architectures.

DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

| Mobile Platform Design

• Assist in design of mobile launch and recovery systems

• Support development of ground handling equipment

• Work on structural analysis of mobile platforms

• Contribute to transportation and logistics planning

| System Integration

• Support integration of winch, tether, and aerostat on mobile platforms

• Assist in design of stabilization and leveling systems

• Work on power and communication interfaces for mobile units

| Testing & Field Operations

• Support field deployment tests and operations

• Document operational procedures and safety protocols

• Assist in troubleshooting field issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Strong mechanical design and analysis skills

• Experience with CAD and FEA tools

• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and structural mechanics

• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred

• Willingness to travel for field operations

• Physical fitness for outdoor operations
