Job Description
We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of experience to drive the end-to-end product design strategy across complex enterprise applications, AI-powered platforms, GIS products, dashboards, and mobile solutions. In this senior role, you will define high-level UX architecture, build scalable design systems, lead design initiatives, and bridge business strategy with user-centric digital experiences.
##### Key Responsibilities:
* Product Design Strategy: Drive user-centered design strategies for complex enterprise platforms, AI systems, GIS analytics products, and multi-tenant web/mobile applications.
* Research & Architecture: Conduct end-to-end UX research, stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, persona creation, and complex information architecture planning.
* Enterprise Design Systems: Architect, govern, and maintain scalable, high-fidelity design systems, UI component libraries, and interactive design patterns in Figma across multiple product suites.
* Prototyping & Interface Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, responsive mobile/web interfaces, interactive prototypes, complex data visualization dashboards, and workflow maps.
* Engineering Collaboration & Handoff: Establish design-to-code guidelines, conduct regular design QA, and collaborate with frontend developers (Angular, Tailwind, CSS) to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
* Leadership & Standards: Define standards for typography, color systems, micro-interactions, and accessibility (WCAG), while mentoring junior designers and driving AI-assisted design tool adoption.

* Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record of leading design for complex enterprise products, SaaS platforms, or GIS/analytics dashboards.
* Core Competencies: Mastery of Design Thinking, Information Architecture, User Research, Journey Mapping, Dashboard & Workflow Design, Accessibility (WCAG), and Micro-interactions.
* Tool Stack Mastery: Advanced expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Design Systems, Variables, Advanced Prototyping), FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and AI design tools.
* Technical & Frontend Alignment: Deep familiarity with frontend implementations (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular) to optimize design handoff.
* Leadership & Portfolio: Extensive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, scalable systems, complex data visualization, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

* System Scalability & Adoption: Adoption rate of centralized Figma design systems across all enterprise product modules to ensure UI consistency and cut design iteration time.
* Design Execution Accuracy: Achieve pixel-perfect implementation and compliance with WCAG accessibility standards verified through regular Design QA and usability audits.
* Workflow & Delivery Efficiency: Reduce developer handoff friction and frontend cycle times by delivering fully specified component libraries, tokenized assets, and interaction documentation.
* User Engagement & Usability: Improve core product usability metrics (Task Success Rate, System Usability Scale score) based on user testing feedback and analytics.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Effectively translate business objectives into validated UI/UX patterns, driving strategic alignment across Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
