Agrani Labs is building a high-performance AI accelerator designed for the next generation of intelligent computing. We're looking for a talented and driven SOC Design Lead to join our Hardware Design Team.
You'll lead and drive SOC design execution from spec to tape-out, working closely with architects, DV, DFX, and PD teams to close the design loops.
You'll be leading and driving SOC design execution from spec to tape-out. In this role you will interact with architects to understand the system requirement, IP features, driving micro-architecture, subsystem designs, SOC integration and interface to DV, DFX and PD team to close the design loops.
20+ years of hands-on experience in RTL design, with strong depth in both IP-level and SOC-level design
Proven experience in micro-architecture definition,
Strong working knowledge of industry-standard protocols and interfaces (PCIe, HBM, Ethernet, AXI or similar)
Deep expertise in SOC design flows — integration, clocking, reset, power management, and top-level assembly
Experience with CPU/GPU core integration, cache hierarchy design, and NOC/fabric/interconnect architecture.
Hands-on expertise with design flows: build, lint, compile, CDC/RDC, Synthesis, and formal tools.
Strong fundamentals in digital design — timing, power, area trade-offs, and low-power design techniques (UPF)
Familiarity with DFT concepts (scan, MBIST, JTAG) and their impact on RTL design
Strong design review and sign-off discipline — quality-first mindset
Excellent communication skills — able to engage effectively with architecture, physical design, verification, and IP teams.
Creative minds with problem solving mindset to drive innovation, efficiency with heavy AI leverage.
Experience in leading and driving couple of large scale SOCs as SOC Design lead from spec to tape-out.
